It was truly a wonderful stay during our visit, the hotel met every demand. The location in a great area was lovely, with a market and convenience stores nearby.- We needed just 15 minutes on foot to get to downtown.

I love that the breakfast buffet had freshly cooked food and fresh fruit. Everything was great. I also loved the staff very helpful and courteous.I Have been to this hotel a few years back and remembered it was great I will be coming to St.John in the future and definitely will be booking with you.

The bathroom toilet didn't flush with out being held done while it filled. Other than that it was exceptional.

This place is well lit, modern, and offers a nice view of the harbor, conveniently located near downtown, fast food restaurants.

The hotel offers a fantastic complimentary breakfast with delicious fresh pancakes and real orange juice. Its location is great, close to major attractions, the harbour side, and the market place.

The morning meal was free with real orange juice, fresh pancakes and many options to choose from. The hotel had a central position not far from downtown, the bay and the ferry dock. We were there for 1 night and felt would stay here again.

Didn't like the area, it was not that good.

The place looks good and the rooms are really spacious. They have TVs in the rooms and the beds are super comfy, you could sleep like a baby in them! 😊

The hotel location was for most direct reason for me booking at the Holiday Inn. I was on a business trip and the hotel provided everything I required. The breakfast room and the meal provided was excellent. The room service was very good and the appearance of the room above average.

However one item was lacking. Almost all business staff require two or more electrical outlets. I don't like to crawl under the desk to plug in my computer or require I sacrifice my desk lamp to plug in my printer. Lastly I don't like to sit on the desk chair or lay on the bed to watch tv.

Great location, just a short stroll away from Lord Beaverbrook Rink ✨.

The location. Itwas hard to find. A map sent with the reservation would be helpful to someone driving from out of province

Newly remodeled room with a good size and a fantastic view. Conveniently located close to the Citadel and local food store

The location was good. The staff was helpful in giving us directions to where to eat.. We were going on to Nova Scotia the next day to visit friends so the location was perfect for getting the ferry.

Because of the remodeling, it was a little difficult getting around.
